As we recognize that each of you has a different schedule and varying bandwidth, we’ve designed this program to be completed in 4 phases. (For you speedracers who are diving all in, you can be speaking on influential stages in 6 months or so!!)

Start your journey with a powerful one-on-one brainstorming session with Dr. Izdihar Jamil. We’ll dive deep into your talk idea, exploring its uniqueness and potential.Â

Phase 1: Discover & Define Your Unique Talk Idea
(12 Weeks)
During our first 12 weeks together, you’ll gain clarity on your unique talk idea and build a strong foundation for identifying aligned speaking opportunities and applying to them consistently, effectively, and with ease.Â
What You’ll Achieve in Phase 1:
- Research and refine your idea so you stand out.
- Learn what organizers are looking for and tailor your pitch.
- Identify how to add value to event themes.
- Create key application assets: a 1-minute video and your speaker one sheet, containing content such as idea description, key takeaways, statistics, and a short bio.
- Build meaningful connections with event organizers without being pushy.
- Get clear on your personalized criteria for identifying aligned speaking opportunities.
- Research speaking opportunities and identify those to which you’d like to apply.
- Master application strategies so your application stands out.
- Receive a step by step application walk through.
- Receive expert application review and feedback prior to applying.
- Identify possible venues that align with you.
- Apply to events with confidence.
Phase 1 Details:
- 12-weeks with bi-weekly live group training sessions for guidance, feedback, and learning.
- Implementation weeks (no live training) for focused work.

Note: Each live training call is 1.5 hours long – 1 hour is for the training and another 30 minutes is for any questions, clarity, and feedback.
Phase 2: Craft Your Impactful Talk
(12 weeks)
During our next 12 weeks together, we’ll be guiding you through the process of crafting your compelling talk. By this point, we hope that you have heard back from some of your initial applications and are progressing through to round 2 or 3 of the acceptance or interview process for your application. Our intention is that you’ll receive a congratulations acceptance email during this time!
What You’ll Achieve:
- Craft your talk for maximum impact.
- Get feedback on your talk, allowing you to consistently refine it, making it as strong and compelling as possible.
- Gain tools, strategies, and practices to effectively memorize and embody your talk.
- Update your assets to align with organizer expectations.
- Strengthen your application for maximum second-round and interview effectiveness.
- Continue to apply to targeted events and follow up effectively.
- Continue to build your audience.
- Get accepted at an event and receive your official congratulations email! While we anticipate that you should receive an acceptance before the end of phase two, please know that acceptance has no definite timeline—some of our speakers get accepted within 6 months and some take more time.
This phase is about refining your talk, tweaking your application, and consistently applying to events that align with your values, while being supported by our incredible team!

Phase 3: Stage Immersion & Delivery
(12 weeks)
Now it’s time to rehearse, rehearse, and rehearse! Phase three is time to perfect your delivery and prepare for the stage!
What You’ll Achieve:
- Training on effective content delivery, body movement, camera connection, audience connection, and more!
- Rehearse your talk and master body movement, voice, and tone.Â
- Receive personalized feedback on your talk delivery.
- Plan every detail of your talk, from your outfit and accessories to travel logistics.
- Feel confident and ready to give your talk on influential stages with our comprehensive preparation.
Program Details:Â
- 12-week program with group training sessions for guidance and learning, “stand and deliver” practice sessions with feedback, and in person rehearsal for mastery.
- Implementation weeks (no live training) for focused work.

- Live training calls:Â
- September 9th and 23th at 11a.m. Pacific
- Live online rehearsal and feedback calls:Â
- October 7th, 14th and 21st at 11 a.m. Pacific
- Live in person stage rehearsal and feedback:Â
- October 28th in Orange County, California.
- November 18th in Orange County, California.
During this phase, participants are expected to memorize, rehearse, and deliver their talks. While attending the in person rehearsals is certainly not mandatory, it is highly recommended since there’s no better preparation for speaking from stage (and navigating the lights, the size and scope of the room, and the nerves!) than actually speaking from stage! We will also have a stylist available for consultations to help you look and feel your best!Â
Note: These training & rehearsals can take up to 2 hours, as we want to make sure all of the participants are able to deliver their talks and receive feedback.
Phase 4: Leveraging Your Talk for Impact & Legacy
Phase four is all about maximizing the influence of your talk. This is where you’ll learn simple but effective strategies to truly leverage your talk to grow your business, brand, and impact.

What You’ll Achieve:
- Learn how to use your talk to attract clients, collaborations, and media and speaking opportunities.
- Learn how to increase the viewership of your talk and get noticed!
Program Details:
- 2 group sessions for leveraging your talk- one with Ellie (business strategies) - and another with Dr. Izdihar (getting high views and media opportunities).

- Live training calls: December 2nd and 9th at 11 a.m. Pacific.
